Connect your body & mind - enhance your body awareness & quality of life

We are a non-combative Boxing Training School (no sparring, only circuit training). The drills are not random; everything is done for a reason. The movements you learn can be used for self-defense, but they are designed to maximize full-body conditioning. This is skill training. This is strength training. This is interval-cardio training.

WBK courses are not easy. They are challenging. You can burn over 500 calories per class and shape and tone your body - you get out of what your put into it! Gradually, your body will become stronger, faster, better coordinated, more agile, flexible and balanced.

You will notice an elevated level of focus and energy in your day to day life. You'll be healthier, happier and less stressed. You will learn how to maximize your physical potential - the practical applications will help you daily, in every activity or sport you participate in.

You'll achieve all these things AND enjoy doing it. You'll look forward to the challenge; you'll want to push yourself harder. Your only opponent is you. C'mon out and box your shadow - show it who's the boss!

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE, YET EVERYONE SHOULD TRY IT, BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'RE MISSING IF IT IS FOR YOU.
