EVOLUTION
Chris used his head as a weapon in football as a lineman. As a Boxer he used his head to avoid his opponents' punches while delivering his own. Now as the Master Coach of WBK he uses his head to design cutting edge workouts -integrating the "sweet science" of BOXING and the science of exercise KINETICS.


PRESENT & FUTURE
There is a method to the madness - everything with WBK has a purpose! Chris stays on top (and ahead) of exercise science research and the Fitness Industry trends. His goal is to continually deliver optimal results for students via WBK's training system.

BOXING FOR SPORT PERFORMANCE & BETTER LIVING
Seeking an 'old school' conditioning edge for pro football after being overlooked in the 1993 CFL draft is what led Chris to the 'sweet science'. However it was the stress relief from the bankruptcy of his healthy fast food restaurant in 1995 that hooked him on the Art of Boxing. As the 'Puncher and Preacher' of WBK, Chris' mission is to spread the word about Boxing for sport performance and better living.
