Nutrition 101: Feed the Machine
In order to train like CHAMP, you have to plan ahead and fuel up like a CHAMP before, during and after your ‘bouts’ with WBK!
Food, water and sport drinks i.e. Gatorade, fuel your body just as gasoline fuels a car. If your tank is empty you’re not going to go very far!
What and when you eat and drink before and during class determines how well you will perform in class. Likewise what and when you eat and drink after class determines how well and how quickly your body recovers.
